It can inspect the object by side-view lens in high magnification under high working distance so as to enable the application of 3D microscope in the field of precision and micro-electronic inspection. |

Design of double optic path and parfocalization of double lens enable the side-view lens neednt to adjust once the up-down lens arrive the focal point and its viewing position is accordant with the facing lens. |
